Digital toolbox for employee satisfaction assessment in small enterprises, consisting of:
- Whitepaper and infographics on the specific situation of employee satisfaction, its assessment and management in 6 European countries.
- Training materials on employee satisfaction assessment and management, in both audio and written formats, and in 7 different European languages.
- App to devise and carry out anonymous employee satisfaction assessments, and generate automatic reports of findings based on the employees’ responses.
All the above developed part of the Erasmus+ co-funded project Satisf’Action.
